1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and vcity888 ("vcity888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vcity888 online gaming platform, including all associated products, services, mobile applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the vcity888 Privacy Policy and all game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility

Use of the vcity888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited or where participation in such activities would render you or vcity888 in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the vcity888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of vcity888 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

vcity888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification. Accounts opened in breach of these eligibility requirements will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vcity888 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vcity888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. vcity888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vcity888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be responsible for any resulting transactions, wagers, or liabilities. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vcity888 immediately via the support team.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your vcity888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account will result in immediate closure of that account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the vcity888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vcity888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies except where explicitly stated and subject to applicable exchange rates and fees.

4.2 Permitted Payment Methods

vcity888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. These currently include, but are not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other local bank transfers. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and the current list is always displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. vcity888 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time by providing reasonable notice via the Platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

vcity888 aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within two business hours. Processing times may be extended where additional identity verification is required or where vcity888 is investigating a potential breach of these Terms.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

vcity888 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. vcity888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds used for deposits before processing withdrawal requests. Funds deposited into a vcity888 account must be your own funds and must not derive from any illegal activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, vcity888 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to its members. The following general conditions apply to all vcity888 promotions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion amounts are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• vcity888 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or require the return of bonus funds if there is evidence that a promotion has been abused or that it was claimed in breach of the applicable terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member.
• Wagers placed while a bonus is active may be subject to restrictions on maximum stake per round or hand. These restrictions are specified in individual promotion terms.
• vcity888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the vcity888 Platform. Product-specific rules applicable to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game types are published within each product area of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled after they have been accepted by the Platform, except where expressly provided by the applicable game or sports rules.
• vcity888 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets placed on events that had already concluded, or bets accepted as a result of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, vcity888 will endeavour to resolve the situation equitably. Where game outcome data cannot be verified, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• The results of all vcity888 Casino games and slots are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Sports betting results are determined by the actual outcomes of the relevant sporting events.
• vcity888 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual Members or accounts at any time, at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcity888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using software, robots, scripts, bots, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or otherwise engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or collusion.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform for the deposit and withdrawal of funds without the genuine intention to engage in gaming activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

8 Suspension & Account Closure

vcity888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without advance notice if vcity888 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Member has provided false information during registration;
• The Member is under the age of 21;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose vcity888 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or
• vcity888 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members may request voluntary closure of their vcity888 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vcity888 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, "IP"), is owned by or licensed to vcity888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any IP from the Platform without the prior written consent of vcity888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether or not vcity888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vcity888 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

vcity888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy

vcity888 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at vcity888.win/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

vcity888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment in which gaming is enjoyed safely and within each Member's personal and financial means.

• Age Restriction: Access to the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. vcity888 employs age verification measures and will close any account found to be held by a person under 21.
• Self-Assessment: Members are encouraged to periodically assess their gaming habits using the self-assessment tools available in the Platform's Responsible Gaming section.
• Deposit & Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact vcity888's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

vcity888 aims to resolve all Member complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
